The mentorship exists. It just lives in a story that's gone in 24 hours. It isn't on the site, it isn't in the bio, and it isn't anywhere a member can go looking for it on the Tuesday he finally decides he's ready. So it sells when you happen to post and it stops the moment you don't, and the ceiling has nothing to do with demand.

The pattern I keep seeing

The offer isn't the bottleneck. The shop window is.

Almost every creator I look at who sells something high ticket quietly is doing it the same way you're doing it now: mentioning it, fielding the DMs, closing the ones who happen to be paying attention that week. It works, which is the problem, because it works just well enough that building the machine never gets urgent. The ones who do build it don't change the offer. They give it somewhere to live and something that fills it.

The maths

Two in a hundred. On an offer you already sell.

A trader in your room isn't buying videos. He's buying the difference between watching you take the setup and taking it himself, and then between passing an eval and keeping the payout. You already know that, because you already sell it. The only question is how many of the two percent who are ready ever find out it exists.

The objection you're already forming

"I can't take more people than I already do."

That's the right thing to worry about, and it's usually a structure problem rather than a real ceiling. If the mentorship is capped because everything routes through you, then filling it faster just breaks it sooner. So that's part of the work too.
